I am using a bookmark to retun a list of unique cache owners, but it looks like a bookmark is just a table of gccodes. Is there a table or query I can use that will return an owner_id from a gccode? Something like   PGC_Gccode2Owner_Id?

This is for a challenge requiring finds for a number of different charter members. I have a bookmark containing them all, and most of their caches (alas, not all). From the bookmark I want to pull the charter member ids, and compare these to the challegee's finds.

thanks in advance,

Tom

I know you have issues with the forum and I have been thinking about this a bit. I don't have a solution yet.

The better solution would be to fix so that Project-GC knows about all Charter members, which is possible. But it would be a fairly large patch actually. Something that I can't prioritize right now.

And even after it's fixed, it would take some time for us to update the millions of account names. But I guess we could prioritize old accounts that are "premium" which is how we see charter today since only those are charter. Then we could probably fix this in a few days. But the patch is still quite major and would affect many parts of the code.

No such method exists today, and I will have to refer to the answer in your other post, http://project-gc.com/qa/?qa=451/pgc_-functions.

Request a method their and we will think about it. Maybe there is a better approach and we can then easily discuss it there.
