My first find is wrong, how can I change it?

I found 2 caches on my first day of caching, but my 2nd find is listed as being my 1st. How can I correct this in my stats?

The logs with the same dates are visualized in order as you have log it. So if you have logged first your second find and after the first, the order of logs will be inverted. However this is not problem.

If you want, you can delete your first log (that of your second find) and recreate it.
