You best day accordign to gc.com was 55 caches in one day on 2015-06-04 and that was yesterday. The updates of finds on pgc.com ins not instant see http://project-gc.com/Home/FAQ#c419123e784204e2ab0b002db5c6cae4 Yous stats on pgc updates once a day for paying members and once a week for not paying members. So the answer is to wait undill all finds has been detected and the stats are updated
After I wrote the text above a looked at your stats and they are updated today with 55 as best day
