List counties not completed

Question

First, thanks for the fast turn around on my request!

It would be useful if the checker also returned a 0/1 result for the incompleted counties. Absent that requires going down the list of 19.

Modified version of the script now uploaded to http://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC1TVK1/16147

I've messaged the original author to see if he'll accept the changes back into his original script.
