hoover popup on GC codes in text everywhere

ok, here goes another feature request/suggestion :)

What about a site wide feature to tag GC codes visible in text with a mouse over popup same as facebook does for usernames, but here it displays a nice little window with shortinfo on the cache.

Similar to how the small popup looks when clicking on a cache on a map.

Nice idea, but I'd prefer it to be switchable, so that those who don't want it can turn it off.

Maps already have it, and implementing it in the charts could be quite hard, depending on the support in the library. Then there aren't many other places to do this.

To understand the need I think a few examples would be neccesary, because I can't personally right now think of any place where I would want this, as a user.
