No the checker has not access to the other logs on a cache so it cant be done

And no access to tracabel logs

An idea is to use the http://project-gc.com/Statistics/LonelyCaches and filter for only found. My guess is that caches high on that list has a high probability to give points on that challenge.
It can be done with a macro/sql in GSAK. I have used it to ger number of days between my log and the one before. Some manual checking has to be done for the calendar month requirement
