Challenge fra A til Å i Troms

Task:

- You have to find at least one cache with name starting with each letter in the Norwegian alphabet A - Å (A-Z, Æ, Ø, Å) in Troms County.
- Names beginning with a number or special character cannot be used
- The cache cannot be your own (until further exception for one letter for two cache owners who own the only cache for letter X and Z)

 

Can somone make a checker for this cache?
