Add an owner specific public notification?

Today I thought about a "Publish notifier" for specific owners as a nice to have feature.

 

Why? There are some owners who only place very nice caches. Not all of them are in my homezone but definitely worth visiting, so it would be nice if I could get an Email whenever they publish a new cache. (Also an Email once a week would be enough)

It's something we could consider. I actually know of people who check some cache owners reguarly.

I assume you are aware of that the notifiers will never be in real-time. They will most likely be delayed by 1-2 days or so. Ie, depending on when they are published, it will take Project-GC up to 24 hours to even be aware of them.
