I tried the new feature today. But if i try to get a bookmark-list, none of my public and shared lists are shown and virtual GPS returns to screen. Why do the names of my lists not appear, so that I can choose one to import the caches?  Is this a bug?

It actually seems broken, quite bad when we just announced in the news. Expect a fix within an hour.
Now it works. Thanks for answer and fixing

Two bugs were fixed, and the patches are released.

We hope that it will work as intended now.

Not work for me. Is it only for own bookmark-lists? Is it require gc.com premium?
To be honest I do not know if it requires premium with Geocaching.com, but I do not think so.

But basically almost everything else with the Virtual GPS system requires a premium membership with Geocaching.com. Has your premiumship recently expired? I notice that you have a buildgpx job that isn't completed, that is due to the fact that you are not premium anymore.

Can you tell me what fails when you try to do the import? Since there are several steps.

The whole API from Groundspeak is designed for users being premium members of their site, it's likely that more and more will require it in the future.
It is very likely that is the cause. Everything in the API with Groundspeak is rate limited, meaning one can only do X number of request per day with certain methods.

Those limits are extremely low for none premium members. For example I think one can only fetch information about 3 geocaches, or if they did increase it a small amount maybe.

We should probably warn our users about this, in a more clear way. Today it's mentioned on the Membership page, that some features requires premium. Building GPX files is mentioned there for example.
Thanks, i try when buy gc.com premium.

P.s. in map compare it works fine without gc.com premium.
Yes, most of Project-GC uses its locally cached data to present the result. We then filter away premium geocaches from it. Much like the fact that geocaching.com/map works as well.

It's only when we rely on the API to Groundspeak you will find issues. Most things at Project-GC does not retrieve data in real-time.
