adding custom cache lists resets "profile stats - settings" to all enabled

Hi Support,

while checking around news in profile stats - I was not aware of the feature "custom cache lists" since now, I played around with this feature and directly after saving a custom cache list I found the information "Showing 45 of 45 modules". Before I've disabled some of them.

I again switched off some of them, seeing the result as (e.g.) "Showing 41 of 45 modules". After deleting the previously created "Custom Cache List", I again see "Showing 45 of 45 modules".

I have bookmarked this and will try to look into it when we get some time.

The custom lists are pretty crap in my own opinion though. Hoping for a better solution in the future.
