Created. I am not 100% that is is correct because couldn't find exactly what
http://www.geocaching.pl counts in the stat. But i used the same config as other similar challenges i have tagged i Poland.
If i am not mistaken the stats from geocaching.pl in the finds lists total number of founds in the county including archived and disabled. That was my conclusion after comparing with pgc stats
The list of caches don't show archived caches so it is possible to have found rate above 100%
And there is no explanation how archive/disabled caches should be handled.
The checker also ignore events that takes place in the future but geocaching.pl includes them i in stat
