Deleted Logs Notification

I would like to suggest, if possible, a deleted log notification for cache owners, when a cacher deleted a log.

I was going to say this would show up under edited logs, but actually I don't think it would, as I delete duplicate logs from my caches quite often, and I don't get notified about them. It's an interesting idea, but I'm not sure how often it happens. I don't think I've ever deleted a found log on any caches I've found.

I've had to delete my own found logs once or twice when I posted them for the wrong cache.
