The objective of this challenge is to find 10 distinct caches also found by 10 distinct cachers each of whom has at least 10,000 finds.

You must have found ten caches, one for each of your choice of ten of the 10K cachers who has also found that cache. The cachers as well as the caches must be different from one another. Only physical caches, in which there's a log book to sign, count. This includes traditional, multi-, puzzle and letterbox hybrids but not events, virtuals, earthcaches, etc.

No as said before. But it was for the wrong reason. Checker can access any users finds. The problem is that it cant get a list of who have found a specific cache and that is needed to be sure of a challenge like this. But that is not that relevant to the answer the reason i write this is that i think that challenge is easy to check manually

Use the the top finders from you state
http://project-gc.com/Statistics/Top?profile_country=United+States&profile_region=Tennessee&submit=Filter
and do a map compare with each of them
http://project-gc.com/Tools/MapCompare?profile_name=the+3+caballeros&profile_name2=Monkeybrad&bothfound=on&showdisabled=on&showarchived=on&submit=Filter
I would be surprised if you cant met the requirements with the top 10 finders
I did a checke with #25 the last with 10000+ finds from Tennessee and you had 2366 1953 common found caches

edit: The common number was incorrect because the listed number was the number of active finds you had fount that the #25 had not. Added archived and disabled to the map compare

No, the checkers can't access other found logs on the caches.
