It would, and it was the idea, and I thought it was like that.
When creating this map, it was first intended to be a tool for the script developers. It was added in the menu for script developers only them. But after writing it, we realized that it could be useful for others as well, and we decided to open it for members too. We then changed the permissions of the page itself, but forgot to update the menu item.
It has now been corrected.
