I don't think your Reviewer will permit this, under the same reasoning as the previous request.

OK thanks for your feedback. What if they say the years don't matter. E.g. the first Sunday, the second Sunday, the third Sunday etc. of a month. a 1/4 year, 1/2 year and year?

"Find a cache on 13 consecutive Sundays." is allowed but what is not allowed is specifying the type during this streak

it should just go to multicaches. Hence the question of whether there is a possibility of excluding the year but still saying "Sundays of a month", 13 Sundays of 3 consecutive months, 6 months, 12 months

"13 Sundays of 3 consecutive months, 6 months, 12 months" remains a streak

Consecutive should mean, where the year doesn't matter - all Sundays of a month (e.g. a multi on the first Sunday in March 2017, the second Sunday in March 2018 etc. etc.) the same system for 13, 26 and 52 Sundays. .
The reviewer sees no problem in this matter as long as the Sundays are not in the same year.

In that case it needs a new script because with the existing scripts there is no solution

This still seems not completely thought out... Every month could potentially have 5 Sundays. Do you require all 5 to qualify? If not, then, if you found the first 4 in a month that has 5, that would still "qualify", even though you didn't have all the Sundays in that month, which is weird. In fact, even February can if it's a leap year (this happened in 2004, and will happen again in 2032), which, is against the rules.
