existing challenge cache that I believe does not adhere to current guidelines - grandfathered

"To get credit, you must give 3 caches with name of a fish, 4 caches with "fish" in the name, and 3 caches with the name of the CO having fish or the name of a fish."

Can I request a challenge checker for a grandfathered cache?

If so, I would like to request a checker for GC4Y2TZ.

This criteria is impossible to fit into the config of a checker. It will gives too many false negatives.

This cache will remain without a checker

Yes they are but only when it is possible. There are still many without a checker.
