I tried it again and it works. At first it worked, then I submitted it. The reviewer told me it doesn't work. I tried it again and it wouldn't work so I messaged you. Now it works. THANKS

To log a “Found it” for this cache in addition to finding the cache and signing the logbook you must have moved or discovered 200 Trackables.

Unfortunately this is against rule 10 of the challenge cache guidelines:

Source of Criteria: Not Acceptable: Trackable, Benchmarking, Waymarking logs, or specifying Lab Cache finds.

Time-Limited: Not Acceptable: Time-limited caching: as in some number of finds per day, week, month, or year. Example, Busy Day, 50 finds in a day, 500 finds in a month, etc.

A 'Challenge' cache which is connected with other cacher's logs cannot be checked by the checker system of PGC.
Therefore a challenge to log a geocache that hasn't been logged for one year isn't possible.

An alternative
The PGC loneliness checker
That is:
Loneliness is defines as age/(number of finds)
The age is the number of days between hidden date and today's date if it is an active cache.
For an archived cache it is days between hidden and archived.
Your finds on archived caches after the achiving date are not included.

The rules could be for for instand as follows:

You must find and sign 10 caches.
Each cache can have no more than an average of 1 find per year. (365 days/find)

or

You must find and sign 10 caches.
Each cache can have no more than an average of 10 find per year. (36.5 days/find)
