How do I search the database of questions?  Is there a way to type in a keyword or phrase to filter on questions?

Also is there an easier way to filter on the tags without having to page through them all?

Search by using the search bar in the top right corner, above the text "Return to Project-GC". I think that search also searches in the tags, I tested it with some random tags that only had one question tagged and that question popped up in the top 3 for my small sample at least. A search for "virtual-gps" showed that all of the first page of results had the tag "virtual-gps".

So if you want for example all questions about "web-browser-extension", it might just be easiest to search web-browser-extension in the search. You should then get both questions tagged with "web-browser-extension" and with "web", "browser", "extension" so it's more likely you find what you're looking for any way. :) And if you just want the ones with a specific tag you could just click the tag in the search result, instead of trying to find it on the tags-page.
