Is there a way to select multiple caches at once from the live map or elsewhere for addition to VirtualGPS?

Not yet from the Live map, but all(?) other maps has a polygon tool on the left side for the purpose. This will be implemented in the Live map as well.

Many pages has tables of geocaches, there one can multiselect by holding down ctrl or shift. There usually is a checkbox to toggle all as well.
