Can someone create a checker for GC5QPWP and GC5R4TO

Here is the checker for GC5QPWP http://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC5QPWP/17157.

Only one cacher has qualified and given prove of it > he passed the checker.

Three other cacher have clamed a smiley but have given no proof > they also did not pass the checker.

I checked Boreal Walker who placed a note and he has 5 months in a row

For GC5R4TO I do not know of a script, but maybe a script writer can do something.
