We did challenge GC3NMZF, but The checker does not include GCT3MR. we need the checker to accept that one to complete The challenge. thank you!

The problem is not that the cache is not used but that pgc has the incorrect log date. It is not on the map below but is there if the date is 2016-01-02
 
I guess that you logged the incorrect date and change the date and pgc has not detected it yet.
You can fix it yourself by using the self-support on the support button where you fund community support and use it to refresh the gc code. The checker will give a correct result when it is refreshed
