Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first page for the authenticated user, the dashboard provides an overview of the information about the authenticated account and a row of buttons that are quick links to common pages used both at Project-GC and Geocaching.com.

Asterisk (*) indicates link to page at Geocaching.com.

User information

All the data on the dashboard is related to the authenticated account. All the timestamps are in UTC (ISO 8601).

User info

Profile-ID is the ID-number of the account. The ID-number can be converted to figure out the coord.info/PRxxxxx-link of ones account.

Username is the username of the account.

Groups tells the user if they have any special privileges on Project-GC, for example if they are allowed to tag challenge checkers.

Geocaching Premium tells if the user have an active premium membership at Geocaching.com.

Project-GC Settings

Verified email indicates if the user has verified their email-adress at Project-GC.

Newsletter indicates if the user has opted to receive newsletters from Project-GC.

Unit system indicates if the user has selected imperial or metric units in user settings.

Project-GC Membership

Project-GC paid membership indicates if the user has a paid membership at Project-GC.

Expire date indicates when said paid membership would need to be renewed.

Last Payment indicates when was the last time that more time was added to the paid membership if the user has an active paid membership.

Geocaching

Number of finds is the total number of finds excluding lab caches.

Number of labcaches is the total number of finds on lab caches.

Number of souvenirs is the total number of souvenirs visible to Project-GC.

Number of hides is the total number of hides excluding lab caches.

Geocaching since is the date the account was created.

User-data

User-data refreshed at shows the timestamp for when the users finds and similar data were last refreshed in the system.

Cache notes refreshed at shows the timestamp for when the users personal cache notes were last refreshed in the system. This is for users with a paid membership only.

Corrected coordinates refreshed at shows the timestamp for when the users corrected coordinates were last refreshed in the system. This is for users with a paid membership only.

Geocaching profile refreshed at shows the timestamp for when the users geocaching-profile was last refreshed in the system.

Find logs refreshed at shows the timestamp for when the users find logs were last refreshed in the system.

Profile stats

Last rendered shows the date for when the users Profile Stats were last rendered.

Exclude traveling shows if the user has opted to exclude antipode caches and similar from their Profile Stats.

Including Labcaches shows if the user has opted to include lab caches in their Profile Stats where applicable. This is a feature for users with a paid membership.

Souvenirs Hidden due to user's privacy settings shows for users that have made their souvenirs private or for friends only on Geocaching.com. If souvenirs are not public Project-GC does not have access to them.

Challenges

Checkers run past week shows the number of challenge checkers the user ran last week.

Checkers run past month shows the number of challenge checkers the user ran last month.

Checkers run past three months shows the number of challenge checkers the user ran the last three months.

Checkers run past six months shows the number of challenge checkers the user ran the last six months.

Checkers run past year shows the number of challenge checkers the user ran last year.

Only unique challenge checkers are counted and the number includes the Auto-challenge-checkers.
