Please clarify what you mean by "according the conditions GC8BJX8, GC8BJX9, GC8BJXA, GC8BJXB" ?

The requirements are written in those Caches.
There are two particularities:
GC8BJX9: Condition: 366 day find grid filled
Exception: Geocachers who started after the last leap day need only 365 days
GC8BJXB : Condition: Grid Hidden Month (JASMER) filled
or
Deutsche Jasmer Challenge according GC5MRY7 (Hidden Month Grid filled from February 2001 only with German Caches)

Aha, so you mean you need to fulfill all 4 those conditions combined, twice? That's possible, except the one for GC8BJX9 is capped at 1 find according to rule 9 in the guidelines:

Time-Limited: Not Acceptable: Requiring more than one find on any day or calendar date, even if cumulative. Example, find 5 caches for every date of the Finds for Each Day of the Year grid.

GC8BJX9 requires only one find on any calender date.
The exception is for geocachers you began after the last leap day. They need one find on any calender date except February 29 th.

This is for:
1x for GC8BJX9 (guidelines restricts it to 1x)
2x for GC8BJX8 (which is allowed)
2x for GC8BJXA (which is allowed)
2x for GC8BJXB (which is allowed)

Bronze means: two of four grids are filled (1 times)
Silver means: three of four grids are filled (1 times)
Gold means: all of four grids are filled (1 times)
